HATHA YOGA
Hatha Yoga is the classical form of Yoga, which is a complete spiritual path by itself. It is an old system that includes the practice like yoga asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudras (hand gestures) which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. It is also practiced more slowly and with more static holds which is very beneficial.
ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga yoga is one of these systems of Hatha yoga that synchronizes the breath and movement in a flowing sequence of asanas (postures). Each asana has a unique choreographed number of movements into and out of it. When practiced regularly, it can help to develop strength, flexibility, stamina and help to cultivate an all-round feeling of well being and a still and focused mind. VINYASA KRAMA
Vinyasa Krama means a step by step progression into something, or to a certain goal. A goal in this case being a complex or advanced asana (posture). Vinyasa – which is the principle of synchronising movement with the breath and Krama – which means steps or stages. The mind, body and breath are unified into a state of harmony. it also uses variations for each asana to open the potential of the mind and body.
VINI YOGA
Vini yoga is a step by step progression into the asana or the vikrutani. Asana in this case is based of the needs of your body and mind. It is a holistic healing discipline that addresses the entire person (body, breath, energy, mind ) Modifications are always performed to adapt the individuals physical condition and situation to determine which pose and breathing practices are ideal for your health context.
