Garbha: 1:1 Pre & postnatal

The class is designed to provide pregnant women a safe space to connect with their changing bodies as well as connecting with their baby. Prenatal Yoga helps mothers to connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible, strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, provide relief and comfort to the areas of the body most impacted by your growing belly.  It also helps prepare for the challenges of labor & birth.  It also provides a foundation for postpartum recovery. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters (clearing any medical issues with the care provider).

Postnatal classes are taught with a strong focus on alignment and other practices along with strengthening and mindful practices, these classes help you navigate your changing body and life with grace and acceptance.

The classes will be scheduled at a time that suits both.

General Guidelines:

 

 •You have to make full payment in advance on a monthly basis for 12 or 8 classes that you enroll. Please maintain the etiquette of timely payment and not requesting for extension of payment deadline.  Once paid, your payments will be strictly non-refundable under any given condition. 

 

 •Please maintain the etiquette of not asking for discounts or transfers to another month if you are irregular in the class because of your personal reasons (eg: travel, general illness, family events etc.)

 

 •The classes will be compensated under 2 conditions: If I cancel the classes due to any emergency, unavoidable situation or if you cancel the class but, please note that the compensation will only be applicable within the same month for a maximum of 2 classes only if you cancel.

 

NOTE: Once a week preferably on the last practice day of the week take an oil bath from head to toe, wait for 20 mins and take a warm shower, using a natural cleanser like soap nut powder or besan to remove the oil instead of industrial soap. Oil bath will help to relax and will get rid of any excess heat(pitta) or air(vatta).
