Samatvam: Yoga for all
Come as you are! Yoga for all classes are suitable for beginners to advance level practitioner and everyone in between. These classes offer modifications so that you can customize the practice to fit your specific needs and level of expertise as each and every person work on their capability. You will experience the duality of stillness and a deeply restorative way of moving, nestled between static and dynamic practice. The all levels classes are designed to create awareness & spaciousness in the body through a breath with movement and strength with flexibility, and then relax into that openness with proper technique & alignment. The classes are progressive in nature with an aim to relieve stress, strengthen joints, reduce pain , aches, promotes holistic well being & manage lifestyle disorders and helps to connect with the body, breath & mind. Each class is a mix of Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa krama & Vini yoga.

The online classes are designed to help your practice and create the same vibe and feeling of a regular (in-person) class and keep the high quality standard of my teachings physically and mentally.

Eligibility: No chronic / serious health conditions, injuries and pains.
General Guidelines:

•Once paid, your payments will be strictly non-refundable under any given condition. It is your responsibility as a student to carefully check your schedule before enrolment and commit to being regular in the class.
•Please maintain the etiquette of not asking for discounts or transfers to another month if you are irregular in the class because of your personal reasons (eg: travel, general illness, family events etc.)
•Class will be compensated only if I cancel the classes due to any emergency or unavoidable situation.
NOTE: Once a week preferably on the last practice day of the week take an oil bath from head to toe, wait for 20 mins and take a warm shower, using a natural cleanser like soap nut powder or besan to remove the oil instead of industrial soap. Oil bath will help to relax and will get rid of any excess heat(pitta) or air(vatta).
